This policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit usmidterm2026.com (the “Site”).

1. Who we are
The controller of personal data processed through the Site is the publisher of US Midterm 2026, based in Türkiye. Contact: [email protected]. The processing of personal data is subject to Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.
2. Information we process
The Site has no user accounts, comments or newsletters, and we do not ask visitors for their name, email address or other identifying details. The following information may be processed when you use the Site:
- Visitor statistics: To measure how the Site is used, Google Analytics collects cookie and device identifiers, browser and device information, approximate location (country and city), the page that referred you to the Site, the pages you visit, the time and length of your visit and your interactions with pages (such as scrolling and clicks on outbound links). Your IP address is used to determine your approximate location; Google Analytics does not store it.
- Security logs: Limited technical records kept to ensure that the Site operates securely and reliably (requested page, response status and time). IP addresses are not stored in these logs.
- Correspondence: If you contact us by email, your name, email address and the content of your message.

Visitor statistics are measured with Google Analytics, which places the _ga and _ga_C62ZMNBSXY cookies on your device and sends visit data to Google. The Site also uses a cookie-free analytics service provided by its infrastructure provider, Cloudflare. Information on how Google uses data from sites that use its services is available at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
For visitors in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google Analytics is loaded only if you accept it in the banner shown on the Site; if you do not, no data is sent to Google and no Google Analytics cookies are set. The country of your visit is determined from the country information provided by our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, and is not stored.
Some English-language pages may include embedded third-party content, such as market-price widgets, which may set its own cookies subject to the provider’s policies.
5. Your choices
- You can give, change or withdraw your Google Analytics choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page; when you withdraw it, the Google Analytics cookies are deleted from your browser. Your choice is kept for 6 months, after which you are asked again.
- You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits by installing Google’s opt-out browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
- You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
6. Sharing and international transfers
To the extent necessary for the purposes described above, personal data may be shared with Google LLC (United States), which provides the Site’s analytics service, with the providers of the Site’s hosting and content delivery services, and with public authorities in response to lawful requests. Because these providers operate servers in several countries, including the United States, your data may be transferred outside your country of residence, subject to the safeguards required by the applicable law.
7. Retention
- Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_C62ZMNBSXY) expire after up to 2 years; visitor-level data in Google Analytics is retained for no more than 14 months.
- Security logs are retained for no more than 7 days.
- Correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to handle the request and any resulting dispute.
8. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. Visitors in the EEA and the UK may also lodge a complaint with their data protection authority. 9. Children
The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the law or in the services used on the Site. The current version is always published on this page.
